Today, we all are celebrating the auspicious festival of colours - Holi. This festival signifies the victory of good over evil. Also it is the arrival of the spring with the end of winter. Holika Dahan is on the previous night but people are always eagerly waiting for the next day which is the actual play. Balloons, Tanks of coloured water are prepared in advance, the music is all set and then its a splash of colours. There is no age or gender or caste differences on whether who should play Holi its a festival for all alike. There are all colours sprayed around today so I decided to give you a list of colours that we use in the English language to make it colourful. 1.
